He is an acknowledged authority on physician success and integrated healthcare organization development. Formerly with the American Medical Association, Greg is the author of two books, Physician Success Secrets – How the Best Get Better and Practice Enhancement: The Physician’s Guide to Success in Private Practice. His work has been featured in The New England Journal of Medicine, AMA News, Wall street Journal and Medical Economics.
Brita Hess, Senior Managing Partner- President – International Council for Quality Care Inc., has more than 25 years of experience and is a recognized national expert on the topic of patient- centered approaches and service quality. As Vice President and General Manager of Philip Crosby Associates, Inc. (The Creative Factory), she established the Asian operating unit and directed the development of the Singapore National Productivity Board’s “Total Quality Program” – the foundation of the country’s continuous improvement initiative. Brita also developed the Master Instructional Design for customer service management training for Singapore Airlines. She is a former Master Trainer of the Quality College and is also a Registered Nurse and Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist. Her past clients include Walt Disney World Company, Holiday Inns, as well as major corporations and governments.
Keith Korneluk, Executive Director of Social Media, International Council for Quality Care, Inc. – Keith is an experienced consultant and polished speaker on cutting edge strategies for deploying social media technology.
Currently Keith is the Executive Director of the Social Media Institute at the International Council for Quality Care, Inc. The Institute facilitates productive dialogue between physicians, patients, and organizations as well as their key constituencies using social media applications. Keith has created the framework for online patient registration using the internet, eliminating the need for extra time in the practice. Under his leadership, ICQC is on the forefront of next generation social media deployment and web development.
Prior to ICQC, Keith worked in the service industry where he instituted initiatives in social media and viral marketing. Keith was responsible for managing consumer quality improvement initiatives, social media, marketing campaigns, and video production for the internet.
